Showcase follow-up covers updates, context-dependent backups and scoped checks. Scalable support adds minor fixes and small evolutions within the scope written in the quote. Any out-of-plan request is quoted separately.

Do you maintain sites not built by Belentia?

Yes. We take on maintenance for some existing websites, light online stores, WordPress sites and simple web applications, even if they were built by another provider. We run a takeover review first.

What exactly does follow-up include?

Follow-up can check availability, response time, backups and certificates depending on the plan. If an anomaly is detected, an alert is sent and we intervene according to the support scope in your plan.
